Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between SolveCore LLC, a Utah limited liability company (Utah entity number 14750426-0160) based in South Jordan, Utah ("SolveCore", "we"), and the business that signs up ("you"). They take effect October 19, 2026. By using SolveCore, you agree to them.
What SolveCore does
SolveCore gives your business AI helpers that answer calls and texts, follow up with leads, keep your calendar, send invoice reminders and help with your inbox, depending on your plan. You decide what they may do. Anything that reaches out to your customers or changes outside records follows the rules and approvals you set.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for keeping sign-ins safe. Tell us right away if you think someone used your account without permission.
Your responsibilities
- Only give us contact information you are allowed to use, and only ask us to text or call people who agreed to hear from you.
- Keep your business information in SolveCore accurate. Our helpers answer from it.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business, including texting, calling, recording and privacy laws.
- Do not use SolveCore to send spam, harass anyone, or do anything illegal.
AI helpers
Our helpers use AI. They are designed to stick to your information and your rules, to say when they don't know, and to hand things to a person. They can still make mistakes. Check what matters, especially anything about money, prices or legal matters. We keep a full record of what they did so you can always see it.
Fees and payment
You pay a one time setup fee and a monthly fee for your plan, as agreed when you signed up. Plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. The setup fee is not refundable. Usage beyond what your plan includes, such as extra call minutes or texts, is billed as agreed.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide SolveCore to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never use it to train or improve anything shared with other businesses. When you leave, you can export it, and we delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep it.
Connected accounts
When you connect Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, Stripe or other accounts, you let SolveCore use them only for the features you turn on. You can disconnect at any time. Those services have their own terms, which also apply to you.
Availability
We work hard to keep SolveCore running and to tell you quickly when something you rely on is not working. We can't promise it will never be interrupted. Outside services we depend on can have outages too.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, SolveCore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or doesn't pay, and we will tell you why.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
