SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages sent through SolveCore on behalf of the businesses that use it. They take effect October 19, 2026.
Who texts you
Texts come from the business you dealt with, sent through SolveCore. The first text names the business.
Agreeing to texts
You get texts only after you agreed to them, for example by texting the business first, by ticking a box on its website form, or by saying yes on a call. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
What you may get: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes you asked for, and payment reminders or links for work you had done. How often depends on what you ask for and your appointments.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from that business. You'll get one text confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to get texts again.
Reply HELP for help, or write to aj@solvecorehq.com.
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Quiet hours
Texts that a business starts, such as reminders and follow-ups, are sent only during daytime hours in your time zone. Replies to a text you sent may come at any time.
Calls and the phone assistant
Some businesses use SolveCore's AI phone assistant to answer their calls. It tells you calls may be recorded, and that it's an AI whenever you ask. It never makes sales calls to people who haven't agreed to them.
Privacy
Your phone number and messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell them or share them for marketing. Questions: aj@solvecorehq.com, call (385) 360-2324, or write to SolveCore LLC, 3290 W Spring Day Ln, South Jordan, UT 84095.
